Except I'm not. I should be westward bound somewhere over the Pacific on my way to scenes such as this - instead I am watching Airport and having a non-rice based beverage. Air Canada, in their continuing mission to be the most annoying and arrogant airline on the planet , decided to use some World War II troop cargo reject for the Ottawa to Toronto leg which after breaking down twice was pulled meaning that I couldn't get to Toronto for the flight to Tokyo. Hey mechanical problems happen but do you have to specialize in hiring people with Borderline Personality Disorder? And thanks for your concern for our welfare - I really don't think I'll be able to use the whole $15 dinner chit that was begrudgingly offered to the elderly Japanese couple that spoke no English. A simple acknowledgement in a courteous manner that you have not provided the service that was paid for - is that really too much to ask for? Tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow, Creeps in this petty pace from day to day

That's too bad. Air Canada is developing quite a reputation. You'd think they'd want to do something about it, but instead they seem bent on making it even worse, day by day.
