Maasai Warriors: Nikisheraki Endikir Ilngeetiani
Posted by Ali-G (Ottawa, Canada) on 1 March 2007 in People & Portrait.
We were climbing the hills.
Making sounds like a rhino.
We want to charge like a rhino.
Because we love our cattle, we go to fight against other tribes.
We will never turn back.
We will charge like a rhino.
Once we went to hunt lions.
We found a very brave lion who wouldn’t run.
Our warriors only wanted to glimpse a lion.
May I speak of my cattle?
I don’t like them to graze without me.
So we climbed the hill.
Charging like rhinos.
We told the mountains that we go, but will return.
We like to climb.
Charging like rhinos.
We tell the mountains that we go, but will return.
We never tire from them.
Our group went through.
We found a lion.
Our group found a lion.
There was another group, but they were fighting buffalo.
